This field indicates if and when the program request the user to enter a description (such as a name) for a sale with this sales type.
The options are:
- No
- At Start of Transaction
- On Suspend
- On Posting
- On Suspend and Posting
The Comment field in the POS Transaction table contains the requested description.
If the sales type is used as a hospitality type and this field has the At Start of Transaction option, the Order ID field of the hospitality type is Manual Input by Sales Type.
