How to: See Which Infocodes, Cross-selling, and Modifiers Are Assigned to an Item

Infocodes, cross-selling, and modifiers can be assigned to an item directly or via the item's product group and item category. The assigning is done on different pages.

The All Infocodes and Modifiers page shows all infocodes, cross-selling, and item/time/text modifiers assigned to the item or its product group and item category. There you can view the card page for the assigned infocode, cross-selling, and modifier.

On the Retail Items card:

1. Open the Retail Item card for an item that you want to check.
2. On the Navigate action menu, click the POS action and select Infocodes or Cross-selling.
3. Click the All Infocodes and Modifiers action in the View group to see the All Infocodes and Modifiers page.

On the Hospitality Items card:

1. Open the Hospitality Item card for an item that you want to check.
2. On the Navigate action menu, click the Item Modifiers action and select Item Modifiers.
3. Click the All Infocodes and Modifiers action in the View group to see the All Infocodes and Modifiers page.

On the Recipes card:

1. Open the Recipe card for a recipe that you want to check.
2. On the Navigate action menu, click the Item Modifiers action and select Item Modifiers.
3. Click the All Infocodes and Modifiers action in the View group to see the All Infocodes and Modifiers page.
