Replen. Item Quantity Web Service Failure Logs

In a Multi-Company Replenishment environment, if the companies are spread across multiple databases, web service is used for the central supply chain company to copy the pre-calculated Replenishment Item Quantity data from the sales companies. The Replen. Item Quantity Web Service Failure Logs is used to store the Replenishment Item Quantity records that have failed to be retrieved from the sales companies due to web service connection failure, even after exceeding the maximum number of connection retries.

To review the Replen. Item Quantity Web Service Failure Logs

  1. Open the Replen. Item Quantity WS Failure Logs page in one of the two available ways:
    • Click the icon, enter Replen. Item Quantity WS Failure Logs, and select the relevant link.
    • Click the icon, enter Replen. Setup, and select the relevant link. In the Replen. Setup page, the Integration FastTab, click the value of No. of RIQ with WS Failure.
  2. You can review the information of the affected Replenishment Item Quantity records in the logs:

    Item No. This field specifies the number of the item.
    Variant Code This field specifies the code to identify the variant.
    Location Code This field specifies the code of the location.
    Last Distribution Location Code This field specifies the Distribution Location Code that was last used to retrieve the Replenishment Item Quantity when the web service connection failure occurred, during the last Replenishment Item Quantity calculation in the central supply chain company.
    Last Calculated Date This field specifies the date when the web service connection failure occurred, during the last Replenishment Item Quantity calculation in the central supply chain company.
    Last Calculated Time This field specifies the time when the web service connection failure occurred, during the last Replenishment Item Quantity calculation in the central supply chain company.
  3. Click the Retrieve Replen. Item Quantity action to retrieve again the affected Replenishment Item Quantity data from the sales companies. The Replenishment Item Quantity data that has been successfully retrieved will be deleted from the logs.
