Hotels comes with demo data using configuration packages. They are included in the app so in order to start using Hotels follow these steps:
- Click the
icon, enter
Hotel Initialization,
and select the relevant link. -
Select the tasks you want to execute:

Import two images for Code HOTEL and HOTELOGO:- Use files Luksa Image.jpg and Luksa logo.png.
- Set up picture and logo for store H0001 and H0002.
- Pictures and logo for Luksa H0001 and Luksa Lux H0002 are included in the release package.

- Set HousekeepingStatus to VacantClean - sets housekeeping status on all rooms to clean.
- Create Hotel and Retail User - creates a Hotel and Retail user.
- Create User Personalization - creates a user in the user table based on your login.
- Create Default Hotel Guest
- Create Daily Room Rates - creates daily room rates for the next year and publishes them.
- Update Image Links - ensures that images are shown on the POS.
