The SaaS Onboarding Buddy Specialist

The Onboarding Buddy is an advisor specialized in best practices and solving technical issues that have to do with deploying LS Central SaaS.

All Onboarding Buddies are members of the LS Retail Development team. They can get assistance from other developers and relay partner and customer feedback to the relevant product owner.

To get an Onboarding Buddy assigned, you need to have a cloud customer or customer prospect whose project you need cloud-related technical support.

Once you are assigned an Onboarding Buddy, you will be given access to a dedicated service desk to manage the onboarding communication.

How to apply for an Onboarding Buddy?

  • Contact your LS Retail regional team.

How to access the SaaS Onboarding Buddy Service desk?

  1. Go to the LS Retail Portal (login required), select Support - Submit Request, and click the Submit a new request button.
  2. In the Service Desks list, select LS - Buddy Support.
