How to: Set up Animal Types

Animal types are used when creating prescription orders for animals.

To set up animal types

1. Go to Departments - LS Retail - Pharmacy - Pharmacy Setup - Administration - Other - Animal Types.
2. Click New on the Home action menu.

3. Fill in the fields in the Animal Types table as described in the following table:

   Field	Description
   Code	Here you give the animal type a code, for example DOG.
   Description	Here you type a a description of the animal type .
