When the posting of a prescription is done through a Scheduler user, this setup defines whether posting entries with an error will be resent or ignored to be processed manually.
Prescription Posting Setup
- Go to the Pharmacy Setup page, the Posting FastTab.
- Verify the field Disable Retry Error Prescription on Scheduler.
