General FastTab
- Compressed Lines Active: Specifies if Compressed Customer Order lines functionality (CCO) is active.
- Order Nos.: Number series used to assign a document number to a new Customer Order.
- Use Scheduler to Create SO: When Customer Orders are to be delivered or collected from a location with no Store attached to it, for example a warehouse, Sales Orders are created to process and finalize the orders through Warehouse or BackOffice processes. In an effort to faster create the Customer Order, for example when a Customer Order is created through e-commerce or an external app, creating the Sales Order can be delayed and it can be created later with a batch job through a scheduler. The scheduler Codeunit is 10016656 Customer Order Sched. Jobs.
- Sales Order Store No.: When Sales Orders created through Customer Orders are posted, this value is applied to the Posted Sales Invoice Store field if no store is already assigned to it. This happens, for example, when a warehouse that is not linked to a store is processing and delivering the order.
- Sales Order Terminal No.: When Sales Orders created through Customer Orders are posted, this value is applied to the Posted Sales Invoice POS Terminal field if no store is already assigned to it. This happens, for example, when a warehouse that is not linked to a store is processing and delivering the order.
Click and Collect FastTab
- Collection by Exclusion: If this check box is selected, all lines (items) in the Customer Order on the POS are automatically marked for collection. To skip an item you must manually deselect that particular line.
- Hours to Collect: The number of hours the customer has to collect the order after it has been processed as Picked. This number is used to find the day (and time) when the customer should pick up the order.
The Hours Adjustment field is then used to control this even better. If the customer does not collect the order in time, the order is given the status to be put back and a process to return the items to the store begins. - Hours Adjustment: The following options are available:
- No – No adjustment is made to the Hours to Collect field.
- End of Business - The Hours to Collect field will determine the day to collect, and then the chance to collect will expire at the end of that day (end of business for that store).
- Fixed Time – The Hours to Collect field will determine the day to collect, and then the time that you enter in the Fixed Time Of Day field will determine the hour of the day when the chance to collect will expire.
Sales FastTab
- Combine Shipment- Delete Order: If this check box is selected, all sales orders that are connected to a Customer Order are automatically deleted, if Combine Shipment is used when a sales invoice is posted. Typical use is when you are creating a monthly invoice for orders or shipments.
LS Commerce FastTab
- LS Commerce Func. Profile ID: Select the functionality profile that holds the needed data to connect with Commerce Service.
- LS Commerce Disclaimer: Select a disclaimer to be used in the LS Commerce Message. This is preferably a URL, but can be 250 characters of text containing the disclaimer.
- Send LS Commerce Messages: This check box controls whether messages are sent to Commerce Service when the order has been received and picked. If the box is selected, the customer receives e-mails that confirm these two stages of the order.
You can set up the disclaimers in the E-Mail Disclaimers table:
- Click the icon, enter E-Mail Disclaimers and select the relevant link, then click the New action.
Vendor Sourcing FastTab
- Store-Vendor Relation: The relation between Stores and Vendors. With an active relation, Lead Time (estimated delivery time) can be set.
- Item Prepayment Hierarchy: Select an item hierarchy that defines what item can be Vendor Sourced.
