Once you have finished all setup, you can start booking up your hotel and create reservations on your property.
The Hotel Reservation List keeps track of everything related to the guest, contact information, stay details, accommodation details, and rate details amongst other things.
To open the Hotel Reservation List
- Click the
icon, enter Hotel Reservation List, and select the relevant link.
There are three ways to create a hotel reservation:
- Using the New Reservation action in the Role Center action bar (most common option).
- Using the New Reservation action in the Hotel Reservation List. This action opens the same page and uses the same underlying processes to create a reservation.
- Using Web Services.
