How to: View Partially Completed Prescription Orders

If an order with a prescription has not been paid at the POS, the order will remain in the Open Prescription Orders tile, the Final Control tile, or the Approved Prescription Order tile, depending on the status of the order.

If the prescription order is partially completed, however, the status will be In Process. As long as the order is not finished with the status Approved, it is considered partially completed.

A partially completed prescription order with status In Process is accessible through the Open Prescription Order tile in the Role Center.

The following table lists order statuses, the location of the orders according to their status, and a description of the statuses:

In Process	The Open Prescription Order tile in the Role Center.	The status of the Prescription Order Line is New - it has not been picked.
Control	The Final Control tile in the Role Center.	The status of the Prescription Order Line is Approved - the line has been confirmed, picked, approved, and finished.
Approved	The Approved Prescription Orders tile in the Role Center.	The status of the Prescription Order Line is Approved - the order has been confirmed and finished in Final Control.
