1. Open Posted Prescriptions.
2. After selecting the Prescription Order Line in the new window, click the New Credit Order action.
3. Fill in the Reason Codes.
4. Click the Finish Order action, and proceed to the payment.

To credit a pharmaceutical service while in previous PSD

1. Open the PSD List for a customer.
2. Select a PSD, and click PSD Details.
3. After opening the details, click the New Credit Order action.
4. Fill in the Reason Codes.
5. Click the Finish Order action, and proceed to the payment.
