How to: Create a Pharmaceutical Service While in a Previous PSD

1. Open the Customer Identification screen, and identify the customer.
2. Click in the PSD List.
3. After you filter the list, you can either start the Pharmaceutical Service from the list or from the details screen.
4. Click the new action, Initiate Pharmaceutical Service, which just became active on your screen.
5. In the new window, select the Type of Pharmaceutical Service.
6. Click Next to display the necessary questions for the selected Pharmaceutical Service.
7. Answer the questionnaire, and click Finish.
   By clicking Finish, a quality check verification is run. If errors occur, they are displayed on the screen before returning to your order.
8. A new Prescription Order with a Prescription Order Line, is created. The line has been auto-confirmed, picked, and approved.
9. Proceed with the normal dispensing flow.
