How to: Create a Pharmaceutical Service While Dispensing a Prescription

1. Download an e-prescription or create a paper prescription for a customer.
2. Click Confirm and Pick.
3. Click the new action, Initiate Pharmaceutical Service, which just became active on your screen.
4. In the new window, select the Type of Pharmaceutical Service.
5. Click Next to display the necessary questions for the selected Pharmaceutical Service.
6. Answer the questionnaire, and click Finish.
   By clicking Finish, a quality check verification is run. If errors occur, they are displayed on the screen before returning to your order.
7. A new prescription order line is added to your order with the performed service. This line has been auto-confirmed, picked, and approved.
8. Proceed with the normal dispensing flow.
