How to: Add Prescription Charges to a Prescription Order Line

  1. In the Role Center, click the Customer Service action.
  2. Create a prescription order with a pharmacy item that has been assigned a prescription charge, see Prescriptions on how to create a prescription order.
  3. Click Charge Amount in the Prescription Info FactBox on the right.
  4. Select the correct Charge Code from the list and click Close. Note: You can add multiple charges.
  5. The prescription charge is now added to the prescription order line.

This applies both for e-Prescription orders and other prescription orders, such as paper prescription orders.
