How to: Create Subscription Agreements

  1. Go to Departments - LS Retail - Pharmacy - Prescription Orders - Subscription Agreements
  2. Click Subscription Agreements.
  3. Click New on the Home action menu to create a new subscription.
  4. Fill in the fields in the General FastTab as described in the following table:

    Field Description
    Customer No. Here you select the customer's number.
    Customer Name The customer's name is displayed here.
    Start Date Here you select the start date of the subscription.
    End Date Here you select the end date of the subscription.
    Notification Type Here you select the notification type. The options are:
    • Member Management
    • Email
    • SMS
    • Paper
    • Phone call
    Interval Here you select the interval for how many times per interval type, the notification should be sent or done. For example the interval 1 is once per interval type.
    Interval Type Here you select interval type, the options are:
    • Month
    • Week
    • Day
    Confirmation Buffer (Days) Here you type the number of days before the notifications appears in the tile Subscription Lines in the Role Center for the pharmacy. For example if the confirmation buffer is 1, a line will be created in the Subscription Confirmations 1 day before the notification should be sent to the pharmacy customer. The notification can then be sent from there.
    Comment Here you can write a comment.
    Status This field displays if the subscription is inactive or active. When the subscription has not been Enabled, the subscription remains inactive. See below in step 7.
    Next Action Date Here you can select the next action date for the subscription. If nothing is selected manually, the system automatically displays the next action date according to the interval and interval type.
    Prescription No. Here you select the prescription that the subscription agreement is intended for.
  5. Fill in the remaining fields in the Item FastTab as described in the following table:

    Field Description
    Item No. The issued item number.
    Item Description A description of the issued item.
    Quantity The number of prescribed items.
    Select Generics Here you specify what the default option should be for the customer, whether generics should be selected, upon opening the Customer Service page .

    The options are:

    • Not Asked - the system does not ask for generics.
    • Yes (Exchange Where Possible) - the system automatically changes the delivered item to a substitute, if it exists.
    • No (Exchange Rejected).
  1. Fill in the remaining fields in the Prescription FastTab as described in the following table:

    Field Description
    Issuer ID The Identification number for the issuer.
    Prescription No. The unique prescription number.
    Number of Withdraws Total withdraws on the prescription.
    Already Withdrawn The number of already used withdraws.
