Pharmacy Customer Card Detailed

The following tables contain descriptions of every field in the Pharmacy Customer Card page. Here are shortcuts to the FastTabs:

Note: The instructions in this article refer to a manually created Pharmacy Customer.

General FastTab

Field	Description
Customer Type	Here you select the appropriate customer type. For domestic customers the value must be General.
First Name	Here you type the customer's first name.
Middle Name	Here you type the customer's middle name.
Surname	Here you type the customer's surname.
Insurance Scheme	Here you select the appropriate insurance scheme for the customer.
Email	Here you type the customer's email, if available.
Home Page	Here you type the customer's home page, if available.
Phone No.	Here you type the customer's phone number.
Mobile Phone No.	Here you type the customer's mobile phone number.
Default Issuer	Here you type the default issuer, if the customer has one.
Notification Type	Here you can select the notification type for the customer. Notifications can be used to let the customer know that the order is ready at the pharmacy. The available options are: Member Management Email SMS Paper Phone call

Column	Description
No.	The number of the Prescription Order is displayed here.
Store No.	The number of the store is displayed here.
Status	The status of the Prescription Order is displayed here. The status can be: In Process - the order is currently being worked on. Control - the order is in final control. Approved - the order has been approved and is ready to be paid at the POS.
Start Date	The date when the Prescription Order is created. See Prescriptions.
Ready for Control	The date when the Prescription Order goes into final control.

Locking Entry Type	Available options: POS Receipt Sales Order
Locked By	As soon as the Prescription Order is scanned into the POS, the order is locked. When the order is locked, the number of the POS and the store is displayed here.

Field	Description
Address	Here you type the customer's address.
Address 2	Here you type the customer's second address.
Post Code	Here you select the customer's post code.
City	Here you type the customer's city.
Territory Code	Here you select the customer's territory code.
County	Here you type the customer's county.
Country	Here you select the customer's country.
Agent No.	Here you select the customer's agent number.
Agent Name	The agent's name is displayed here.

Field	Description
Gender	Here you select the customer's gender.
Date of Birth	Here you select the customer's date of birth.
Marital Status	Here you select the customer's marital status.

If you are using the Member Management system, you must fill in the fields in this FastTab.

Field	Description
Member Contact No.	Here you can select the Member Contact No.
Member Account No.	The account number of the member that you selected in the field above.
Member Club	The member club of the member that you selected.
Member Scheme	The member scheme of the member that you selected before.

Field	Description
Blocked	Select this check box, if this Pharmacy Customer should be blocked.
