When new customers are registered in the Pharmacies module, they must be created as Pharmacy Customers. This can be done by clicking Customer Service on the Actions menu in the Pharmacy Role Center.
To set up a Pharmacy Customer
- Go to Departments - LS Retail - Pharmacy - Pharmacy Setup - Administration - Pharmacy Customer - Pharmacy Customer Setup.
