The activation phase is the third and last step of theItem Suggestion functionality. After the selection process and the rating process, the Total Score and Total Rating fields are available for all items on the Item Suggestion Worksheet page. Items will be rated either as good or bad candidates for LS Forecast. Based on the ratings, you can choose which items you want to activate for LS Forecast.
You can easily activate LS Forecast by assigning a Replen. Data Profile with LS Forecast as the Replen. Calculation Type directly to items.
Each of the worksheet entries contains a so-called Replen. Data Profile Code. This code can be empty or populated with the default value. You can use theSet Data Profile Code action to change the Replen. Data Profile Code for the selected entries.
Finally, to assign a Replen. Data Profile to items, you first select one or more entries and click the Apply Replen. Data Profile action. At the end of this process, these entries will be removed from the worksheet and archived in the Activation Log. In the Activation Log, you can see the items that have been activated using this tool, view the detailed ratings and scores, as well as the date and time of activation.
