Troubleshooting

When you are running the KDS, it is important to be able to monitor the system and know what to do if services are down or not running properly.

The LS Retail KDS system uses two services:

  • The Dynamics Business Central web service. If it is not up and running, no KOTs are fetched into the Kitchen Service.
  • The Kitchen Service. If it cannot connect to the Web Service, no KOTs are sent to the KDS.
