Attributes and Dining Preferences
Attributes can be used as dining preferences requested by the customers or members. These are all registered as comments. They can be registered at certain times during the dining service:
- When taking the dining reservation, either in the Dining Reservation Desk, through Activity, or in the Dining Allocation panel.
- When guests have been seated at a dining table.
- In the Sales POS when the orders are put in.
Comment Entries
The dining attributes are stored as entries in the Comment table. The program creates one entry per attribute option. Dining attributes are created, viewed, edited, and deleted in the Comments page and the Comments panel.
